Duties and Responsibilities: 一、工作职责： 1. Receive and tackle order request from clients, answer client's daily question. 从客户端接受和处理订单请求，并回答客户的日常问题。 2.Support Customer Service Manager to process day-to-day client orders. 协助客户经理完成每天的工作。 3.To check if the candidate’s documents are complete and complete case creation timely and accurately, Solve the queries from clients. 检查工作文件是否完整并且准确及时地完成工作任务，解决客户的疑问。 4.Complete the other tasks assigned by Supervisor 完成上级布置的其他任务。 Skill-Set 二、岗位要求： 1.Microsoft office application skills 熟练掌握办公软件Microsoft Office 2.Fluent in written English and satisfactory interpersonal and communication skills. 具备良好的英文读写能力及良好的人际沟通技巧，工作耐心认真 3.College or university graduate. 全日制专科及以上学历。 Qualification 三、工作资质 1．Working experience in customer service in service industries will be an advantage. 有服务行业工作经验者可优先考虑。 2. Organized. Able to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering data. 能够在准备和输入数据方面保持高水平的准确性。 3. Able to work within constraints of time and at times resources. Able to prioritize. 积极的工作态度，能够在时间和资源的限制下工作的，可优先考虑。 4. Positive attitude towards pressure. 能够积极面对工作压力
