Job Description:Act in projects as an Project Team Member or Project Leader Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviewsPreparing and completing action plansCoordinate with manager on Project development and manage to determine and assess project needs.Ensure all departments working to meet common timeline, ability to solve the problems during the project development.Implementing production, productivity according to quality requestMeets financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analysing variances; initiating corrective actions.Report on a regular base to the superior & project owner, arranging Project Team Meetings and guide Project Team Members according to company rules.Requirements:Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical, engineering or related disciplinesWith 5 years or above working experience in manufacturing field Experience in metal or plastic based products will be preferredNeed at least 2 years in project management, familiar with projects in regard to new product introductionsskillful in CAD software Good command of English in speaking and writingStrong team working ability and self-motivator职责：1、3年以上钣金及塑胶类产品项目管理经验2. 项目前期开发（样品阶段），能独立完成DFM、报价等工作。3、运用3D及2D软件进行零件展开分析（如CAD）。4、编制BOM表，工艺指导书等工作。5、能现场解决技术问题。6、领导或协助与项目团队共同进行项目进度跟踪。7、能以英语为工作语言沟通项目进度及撰写项目管理相关报告岗位要求：1.五年以上的机械制造业加工工作经历，具有2年以上项目管理经验，2.熟悉机械加工工艺如冲压、辊轧、表面处理等，有车间实际操作经验及报价经验优先。3.熟练使用AUTO CAD, 英语佳(上级为外籍人士）4. 具有较强主动沟通能力，特别是在有压力和不确定因素条件下的主动性5. 逻辑思维能力强，学习意愿与学习能力强；6.具有严谨的科学态度和细节把控能力，结果为导向的工作方式
